We offer a 14-day window to return an item back for a full refund. After this period has closed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund.
Please keep in mind that any item sent for a refund must be delivered and unused, undamaged and in the same condition as you received it with no items/packaging missing.
Unless the item is damaged or faulty, the buyer will be responsible for the return postage costs. IcodeBMW must receive the item before a refund is processed. The item will be fully inspected and tested to see if there is any damage – if so, IcodeBMW has the right to reject the refund and/or deduct an amount from the final refund amount. A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
In the event an item is received to you broken or damaged, then you will be given a full refund or we can exchange it for another unit.
Please we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to ensure your package is returned to us.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check if the car is compatible with the goods. If unsure, please contact us via email or live chat and we will assist. If IcodeBMW advises that the product will not be compatible and the customer still purchases the product. Regardless of if the part fits or not, we will not honour a refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
