Terms of Service

  1. Payments
    1. IcodeBMW LTD accepts payment with all major credit cards ,Paypal and Klarna
    2. Orders are not considered final until payment is received.
    3. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment. existing shipping addresses or add a new one and pay for your order.
    4. If you prefer to pay directly by credit or debit card, click ‘Pay by debit or credit card’ on the PayPal page.
    5. By placing an order on our site, you agree that your order will be sent to the address registered with PayPal.
    6. For security purposes, in some cases we may contact you after payment has been made to verify your order and payment. If IcodeBMW LTD is unable to confirm that your order has been legitimately placed and paid for, your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded.
  3. Shipment policy
    1. In-stock purchases are dispatched within 1-2 working days of purchase. Please contact us for details.
    2. For selected products, we also offer next day shipping. Products will be dispatched the same day for orders placed before 1pm on a working day or the next working day for orders placed after 1pm or on a bank holiday.
    3. IcodeBMW LTD is not responsible for any delays in transit. The overnight delivery fee cannot be refunded if the parcel is not delivered the next day due to a courier delay, a problem with the address provided by the customer or the customer’s unavailability to accept delivery.
  4. Delivery
    1. IcodeBMW LTD parcels can be delivered throughout the UK and internationally. Delivery is via RoyalMail, or other couriers and takes between two and seven working days.
    2. Parcels damaged during despatch should not be accepted, allowing you to make a claim for compensation against the courier. Damage to items reported after receipt of delivery may be deemed to be caused by the buyer.
  5. Installations
    1. IcodeBMW LTD delivers products “as is”; installation is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend the use of a professional installer. We are providing installation instructions or we can recommend authorised partners to carry out installations. All recommended installers are independent companies and IcodeBMW LTD is not responsible for the work carried out by any installer, whether authorised or not.
  6. Returns and Cancellations
    1. Please contact our customer service team with your order number if you wish to return a product for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
    2. Returns can only be accepted for products returned unused and in the same condition as they were when delivered undamaged and fully operational.
    3. Please be aware of the restoration fee (approximately 25% depending on the product) to cover our shipping and order preparation costs. If any parts of the returned set are missing or damaged, the restoration fee will be increased accordingly.
    4. Returns will not be accepted later than 14 days from the date of delivery to the customer, according to the tracking information provided by our shipping partners.
    5. Certain products and services which were prepared or made for a specific vehicle cannot be returned for a refund even within 14 day because cannot be resold or reused for another vehicle. This includes: remapping , booking fees , remote coding , map codes , other digital services not stated here.
    6. Cancellation of orders for these products may be possible before we start preparing your order. Please contact our team ASAP in that case.
  7. Warranty
    1. All new IcodeBMW LTD retrofits are covered by a 12 months limited warranty.
      We also offer our optional extended warranty for a period of up to three years.
    2. All warranty periods are valid from the date of the original purchase and are non-refundable.
    3. Items damaged by the buyer are not covered by our warranty.
  8. Duties and Taxes
    1. The customer is responsible for payment of any applicable taxes, duties with the import of products into his or her country. Please check with the appropriate authorities to determine what, if any, taxes or duties are applicable for a given purchase and be prepared to pay those fees.
  9. Intellectual Property Rights
    1. BMW and MINI are registered trademarks of Bayerische Motoren Werke AG. IcodeBMW LTD is not affiliated with BMW AG in any way, and is not authorized by BMW AG to act as an official distributor or representative.
    2. Our name, the terms, logos, trademarks, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are our trademarks (or our affiliates or licensors’ trademarks). You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.
    3. IcodeBMW LTD owns all services and content, international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. We reserve all rights in and to the IcodeBMW LTD. Except as expressly granted to you under these Terms, we do not grant you any right, title or interest in or to any part of the IcodeBMW LTD content.
